Refund policy

 

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will do what we can if sizing is an issue to swap your item but cannot ensure this is possible (all products are made to order). 

 

  • Whilst we maintain the strictest quality, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. (Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary.) 

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, Tags and Invoice.

 

  • If you would like to return your item please sent us an email at care@audstro.com  with the subject as ‘Audstro Return’. We will let you know where to send the return.
